 Return & Cancellation Policy – Elisabeth Grace

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • accompanied by a purchase receipt or proof of payment

  •  Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
To start a return, please email our customer service at Info@elisabethgracejewelry.com
If approved, you will receive the corresponding instructions from us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is approved, you will receive either:

  • a refund (only for items purchased at regular full price), or

  • store credit (gift card)

Important Note – Sale Items
All sale items and special offers are excluded from exchanges.
They are not eligible for a refund – only for store credit, provided the return conditions are met.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • custom-made or personalized items

  • care or hygiene products

  • gift cards

  • sale or promotional items (store credit only)

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at Info@elisabethgracejewelry.com

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or model:

  • return the original item according to the process above

  • place a new order for the desired item
    (Direct exchanges are not possible.)

Cancellations

  • Regular full-price orders: You may cancel within 30 minutes of purchase and receive a full refund.

  • Sale or promotional offers: Cancellations are only eligible for store credit – also within the 30-minute window.

7. Pre-Orders & Restocked Items
Pre-orders are final sale.
A refund is only possible after delivery.
We reserve the right to extend delivery times by up to 15 days.

8. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Full-price items: Refund to the original payment method (within 10 business days after receipt and approval of return).

  • Sale items: Eligible for store credit only.

10. Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to us, and reshipping will be at your expense.
